PIZZA AND CECINA COURSE AT RITA’S FARM

Visit an authentic farm, among free-range chickens and friendly donkeys, explore the fascinating exterior of the “Temple of Minerva”. Participate in a hands-on workshop and learn how to prepare traditional pizza dough, schiacciate, the famous Tuscan “cecina”, and the “sweet pizza”. Weather permitting, the wood-fired oven will be used. Each baking is followed by a tasting of these delicacies, accompanied by genuine wine from the farm.
