Description
Guided tour of a certified organic apiary, set in centuries-old olive groves on the slopes of the Pisan Mount, at the discovery of the secrets of honey production and beekeeping. By the observation in their natural environment, you learn the strict methods that guarantee an authentic and traceable product, such as Spring or Summer Millefiori Honey, and the techniques necessary for the bees to live according to their natural rhythms, without being induced into artificial over-production. The experience is enriched by a honey tasting paired with local cheeses and cold cuts, a unique journey through nature and local flavours.
